Description: Berks Visiting Nurse Association is currently seeking a full time Customer Support Representative (CSR) for Intake Department to perform clerical services for the Corporation. The qualified candidate will work under the direction of the Regional Intake Manager and be responsible to answer calls from referral sources and the community in a professional, friendly and helpful manner; input and retrieve data and referral information using McKesson system, send and retrieve faxed and e-mail documents, order supplies, relay messages to the appropriate person, and interact between field staff and office staff. .

REQUIREMENTS
Interested candidates should have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively, have the desire to help people, able to handle high call volume, strong computer skills, konwledge of McKesson preferred, type at least 40 words per minute, be a team player, organized, and maintain confidentiality.

Minimally acceptable is a High School Diploma with up to 2 years experience in a medical office or in a healthcare environment.
