Berks Visiting Nurse Association and Visiting Nurse Association of Pottstown & Vicinity provide free immunizations to infants and children who are under 18 years and are uninsured. The clinic is sponsored by Vaccines for Children program and United Way funds.
Appointments can be made by calling (610)378-0481, Extension 3294 or 3346. It is very important to bring your child's immunization record with you to the clinic site. Vaccines will not be administered without the immunization record.
