** Quantities are limited; please order early! **

The butterfly is often used to symbolize the cycle of life, birth, transition, healing, and renewal. You are invited to this event to remember loved ones, celebrate life or commemorate a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary, bat/bar mitzvah, birth of a new baby, graduation, or the return to good health. At your request, we can send an appropriate acknowledgment card to the individual(s) you are honoring. Provide the name, address and occasion on the enclosed gift envelope.

For every donation of $25, you will be able to hold and release a beautiful Monarch butterfly at the ceremony. If you are unable to attend, a staff member will release your butterfly while whispering the name of your loved one(s).

Your generous support will help our nonprofit organization to render vital home health care for medically needy individuals and families in our community. Whether your donation is used to provide nursing care to a premature newborn, therapy to a person recovering from a stroke or hospice care to a person with a life-limiting illness, please know that your donation is a powerful gift of hope and healing.

Through your generosity . . . hope takes flight!
